Imagine if you could press a button and turn off that voice in your head that tells you you’re not good enough or that you can’t achieve your dreams. Wouldn’t that be amazing?
Often, the limits we set for ourselves come from our own thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations, and beliefs. The more you get your Bars run, the more you release the electrical component of stress. How much easier could your life be if you were not burdened with thoughts, feelings, emotions, and stress?
The brain waves slow down when you get your Bars run, allowing behavioral patterns, belief systems, and points of view that you have been running from childhood or from other lifetimes to be accessed. You start to become more present in your life and the past doesn’t project into your future in the same way.
If you are feeling stuck or at a crossroads in your life, you may choose to have an Access Bars® session.
Here are some frequently asked questions about Access Bars®.
Answering the Frequently Asked Access Consciousness Questions!
What is an Access Bars® session?
Access Bars® is a hands-on modality developed by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Access Bars® are 32 points on the head where you have stored all your thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions, and attitudes. When you have your Bars run, it’s like hitting the delete button on your computer. It’s like you delete files so that things no longer automatically come up.
How long are the sessions?
Access Bars® sessions can be as quick as 20 minutes for those on the go to two hours. Most sessions are done in an hour with an Access Bars® Practitioner or an Access Bars® Facilitator. Facilitators teach Bars classes, Practitioners are individuals who have learned the Bars, been certified, and charge money for their services.
Can anyone do a session?
Access Bars® can be run on infants, children, teenagers, and adults. There are many people who have made significant life changes after a few sessions.
Access Bars® cannot be run on animals.
What do I need to know about Access Bars® sessions?
Getting your Bars run begins to dissipate the electrical charge of polarity as it is stored in your brain. It is like activating a computer virus of consciousness that begins to unravel where you are functioning from autopilot instead of awareness.
What are the benefits of these sessions?
The benefits of an Access Bars® session vary from person to person. Bars can be used to facilitate change in all areas of your life. Science tells us that the shape of your cells becomes more elliptical when they are influenced by thoughts, feelings, and emotions which is the first step to disease. When you get your Bars run, it unlocks this impact on the cells, allowing the cells to return to their more spherical shape, facilitating more ease in the body.
Should I get my Bars run?
Access Bars® is a powerful practice that can help you break free from the limitations that hold you back. By clearing away negative thoughts and beliefs, you can open yourself to a world of possibilities and achieve the life you’ve always wanted.
Are Access Bars® Sessions Safe?
Yes, Access Bars® sessions are safe. The technique is non-invasive and gentle, making it suitable for different problems. To get the best results, make sure you reach out to a Certified Access Bars® Practitioner.
Can you provide online sessions?
Access Bars® can only be performed in person. Bodies must be touched to release the electrical discharge of stress, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Connect with me and I will arrange a session at your convenience.
How many bar sessions do I need?
This depends on the person. Most people schedule three sessions which allows them to understand the benefits of releasing thoughts, feelings, and emotions from their body. Many individuals notice benefits after one session. Because I recognize how much Access Bars® works for me, I facilitate monthly Access Bars® classes which you can find here (use the above link to my access profile).
What else should I know about the Bars?
Access Consciousness is currently taking Bars into Business and schools. This allows individuals to experience 20 to 30-minute sessions. A twenty-minute session can allow the body to deeply relax, recharge, and help one focus with greater ease.
